Our online order system was specifically designed to be very user friendly. Just following these 3 simple steps:
Log into your online account with your user name and password:
Select your order details such as pick up and delivery location, service type and how many packages: NOTE: If you select a service type that is not available, our system will give you a warning telling you that your order cannot price or that it cannot be delivered today. When that happens, simply select a different service type etc..
Review your order and click the “SUBMIT ORDER” button. It’s that simple.
Once your order is submitted, Our system will automatically dispatch your order to the best and nearest partner driver as needed. The driver will accept your order and head to the pickup destination based on your selected ready time. Throughout the delivery, our AI software will keep you and or your customers/patients notified via email and or sms text.
Once your package is delivered, you’ll receive a final confirmation email including electronic signature verification if applicable.
Can I get a price estimate on my delivery?
If you start a delivery order through our online order portal and enter the address and package information, you will have a chance to review the cost, estimated delivery time, and other details before placing your order. This is the fastest and most accurate way get a quote. Please note that you must sign up and become a client to use our online portal and get quotes. Its free and fast to sign up.
How fast can you arrange for delivery of my items?
No one offers more flexible delivery options than us. Our CUSTOM CRITICAL service even allows for you to set up specific time windows for your deliveries. We operate our business based on your needs. How can I open an account and start using SAMEDAY CRITICAL:

How long does it take to get my account activated once my info has been verified?
If you are looking to set up an invoice credit account with us, simply fill out the quick "OPEN ACCOUNT" form, and your account will be activated within 24 hours. If you want to pay via credit card, we can have your account open in approximately 10 minutes by contacting our office via phone after you have completed the online form. Just Call 1-888-737-3607.
What type of payments do you accept and what are you billing terms:
We accepts most credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American express. All customers who choose to pay weekly via credit card or ACH will receive a discount on their weekly invoices. Contact us for more details. We can also set you up with an in House Credit Account based on your needs. All accounts are billed weekly with a net 15. Payments must be received no later than 35 days after invoice date to avoid service interruption. We never charge late fees.
Do you offer volume discount pricing?

How do I identify a driver with SAMEDAY CRITICAL?
Because our Delivery Specialists are professional owner operators they are not required to wear standard uniforms. However, for security and safety reasons that clients have voiced, each driver who works with us is issued an ID safety vest with ID badge. They are similar to ones that an Amazon drivers might wear. These ID SAFETY vests will have the SAMEDAY CRITICAL logo on the front and back and are green in color with the drivers ID badge visibly located in the top left of the vest. They are professional and easily recognizable.
Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
We are more than happy to honor all cancellation requests as long as your driver is not on route or picked up your order. Cancellation requests may be subject to additional charges usually $ 12.00. If you need to cancel an order after you’ve submitted it, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at 1-888-737-3607, ext 1.
What are your hours of operations?
SAMEDAY CRITICAL is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our regular office business hours however are from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Monday – Friday. If you need to place an order outside of these hours or on weekends, please be aware that after hours rates may apply and you will need to select our AFTER HRS & WKND service type.
Can I made changes to my order after I have already placed it?
If you need to make a change to your SDC Order once an Driver is already en route, please call us at: 1-888-737-3607 ext 1, and we’ll help to get your delivery re-routed or any other changes necessary. We’ll honor re-routing requests placed once a package is in transit to the best of our ability, although additional delivery charges, wait fees or other misc fees and or delays may apply.
Are the drivers you work with experienced and background checked for my protection?
Drivers who partner with SAMEDAY CRITICAL are thoroughly screened with the most exhaustive federal and local criminal background checks available, as well as DMV driving history reports. If drivers do not pass our criteria, they cannot partner with us. In addition, drivers who partner with us are HIPAA certified. Drivers also wear safety ID vests in order to be easily recognized by your staff, your customers and patients. Drivers have also agreed and get drug tested annually. They take their business very seriously.
What are the holiday rates and what Holidays does that apply to?
SAMEDAY CRITICAL charges holiday rates on the following holidays: (actual days only): New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. All holiday orders are charged double the base delivery rate of non-holiday orders. If the holiday falls on a weekend, no after hours will be charged and only the holiday double rate will apply.
How far in advance can I schedule a delivery online?
An order can be placed at any time in the future. There is no date or time restrictions with our software.
What type and size of vehicles can you provide?
We specialize in setting up and organizing small packages using standard size Cars, SUV's and Mini Vans. We can however arrange for cargo van service if you have route work that meets minimum volume amounts and other criteria. Contact our sales department for details at 1-888-737-3607 x3

What are your fuel surcharge rates and how often do you update them?
Fuel surcharge rates can be viewed on the “FUEL RATES” tab at the top of the page. Fuel surcharges are updated every Monday morning by 11:00 am and are based on the current average fuel rate in Ohio or Columbus which ever is greater at that time. We get those averages from the AAA gas prices site: www.gasprices.aaa.com Select Ohio/Columbus.
Do you have a weight limit for packages?
Our partner drivers can accommodate packages of many sizes and weights. For every delivery, the first 50 pounds is free, and then we charge $.07/ per pound thereafter. Please make sure we are aware of any packages over 30 lbs or that may require a dolly so that we can arrange for the correct driver as soon as possible without delay.
If your items will not fit in a normal passenger car, please select SUV or Mini van as needed. If your order requires use of a Mini Van or SUV, it will be subject to an extra fee of $5.00 for an SUV and $ 12.00 for Mini Van services.
